Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains safe during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  We will arrange for our specialized furniture couriers to collect the item from your home at a time that fits your schedule.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
